Who we are
Varlanch supplies construction machinery, spare parts and technical support to contractors, rental fleets and dealers outside China. This page explains what we do with the information you send us.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, e-mail address, telephone number, country, city, subject type and message you type. Our web server also records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange shipping documents and provide after-sales support. We do not sell or rent your details.
Who sees it
Our sales and service staff, and — where a shipment or a service visit requires it — the freight forwarder or the factory engineer handling your order.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the period required by Chinese export and tax rules. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Your choices
Write to sales@varlanch.com to ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted.
